What the registers desk prints
Print the accession register, catalogue cards, labels on common label sheets, incoming receipts, condition reports, the location inventory, loan lists and deaccession records from your catalogue. Every layout is our own. What each document is for is in the accession register guide and labels and catalogue cards.
Every document here is made from the records in your catalogue, in this browser. The accession register prints one line per accession in number order, on landscape pages, for one year or all of them. Catalogue cards print one object each. Storage tags and exhibit labels print on six common label sheet sizes, with a skip count for a part used sheet and a nudge in millimetres.
The incoming receipt, the condition report, the location inventory for a room and shelf check, the loan lists with due dates, and the deaccession record all print on plain paper. Valuations never print unless you turn them on in Settings. Print a test page on plain paper before you use label sheets.
